COMAND stops at MB logo?

COMAND stops at MB logo?
Anyone seen COMAND just stop at the MB logo and go no further after vehicle first started? No radio, nav, voice control,... Logo just stays up forever. Stopping/starting car didn't clear it. Left overnight it cleared and all works as expected.
This happened once so far on my 2015 550.

You mean even after it has resolved itself? It cleared the next morning with no action on my part. When it was happening though there was no way to get to any menu. I tried all buttons and it just stayed on the MB logo screen.

There are often updates to the software to remedy things like that. Plan on leaving the car for hours, as the updates take time and in some cases, we run the update, the unit freezes, and we have to install a new one and then perform the whole programming again. Can take half a day just to do the programming.
