Can you change Default Settings?
By going into the hidden menu on the W222,can you modify default settings, like start up in Sport mode?

No you can't modify default settings in the "hidden" workshop menu. It shows info about the vehicle and lets you reset the service data, place the parking brakes in service mode, etc. No special customization tricks.
