2019 S560, 2022 Audi S8
MAJOR CORRECTION! The speed of the car in front of you IS indicated in the speedometer as you are set on Distronic cruise. It's just very hard to see it. It was easier to see on the W221. It is a RED shaded area below the level you have the cruise speed set at. I noticed it today and wanted to make sure everyone knew I made a mistake in my earlier post.

AMG GTC Roadster, E63s Ed.1, M8 Comp. Coupe
I drove the S560 but not in the dark. We have the 2018 E63s with the same multi beam headlights and the car does the full light show (Headlight Light band animation/changing color on the LED DTRL's) on startup. Is that the same on yours? Little gimmicky but cool. High beams open light a theater curtain. The lighting itself is dramatically better than the prior gen. LED's, as you stated.
