Talking Been about a month

It's been about a month since I sold my W222......I don't even really miss it! The old lumbering beast it was.......I do miss the quiet ride.....but that's about it.

Cheers Gents!

You know, a “lumbering beast” is sort of how I felt about my 2015. But the 2018 feels like a completely different car. It feels quicker and lighter on its feet. When you hit the gas there is zero hesitation and the car just takes off. The new engine really seems much more responsive. Anyway, glad you are doing well, Hype. Thinking about any new cars?

I forgot what you traded it for. What is the new toy?

Over the past 8 years I've indulged a bit with autos.......4 new Mercs and two used 911's......both 2007's..........and now I have 5 sets of extra wheels, lots of accessories.....and one car I'm going to enjoy the extra space in the driveway......the extra bills in my back pocket and the savings from gas, taxes, maintenance, wheels, mods.........focus on my three kids and wife........try to reinsert myself into the work world somehow, (been a stay home Dad since 2008 )
I do enjoy my AMG, although it's a bit much for a daily driver......I've been driving my 1998 ford f150 and that has actually been fun......to drive a vehicle that you're not constantly worried about haha......
