Sold the 2008 ML63 almost 6 years ago and the past 2 years I've felt the need for a sedan, A big sedan. I'd seen a few A8's and S550's recently so the fire was started.... I pulled the trigger on a 2015 S550.
CPO lease return with 24,241 on the clock. It was a chauffeur driven car. Minimal signs of use inside, It's pretty bristol. Exterior is Ruby black and it's like a mirror with no dings and only 2 tiny paint chips that have been touched up. Premium 1 package, Sport package, 20" AMG Multi spoke wheels, Rear seat package, Warmth and comfort package, Drivers assistance package, Rear spoiler, Heads up display. Nut brown and black Nappa interior. new tires and mint wheels. I drove it home.... It's under the extended warranty til 3/27/2022 with unlimited miles, Got the appearance plus package that covers wheels and tires, Windshield and dents and dings.
Love the Brown... Brown was my 2nd choice... lucked up on a Designo edition with this Deep Sea blue interior... anyway.. keep hunting.. I'm still finding options I never knew I had. Issue wise.. My 2015 has a "hard or rough shift" in and out of 4th when cold in sport mode. Dealer replaced trans "unit" of some kind. And a "presafe unavailable" issue that had to do with a seat belt buckle that needed to come from Germany. Besides that. No issues. I have about 26k on the clock. Had it since 10/17. Got it with 22k on the clock. Car rides butter smooth. In sport mode that torque will glue you to your seat. Anyway.. congrats.
You should also look into these "rounded power tweeters"(front door above seat controls near sideview mirrors) they are "plug and play", they match the interior lighting and move in and out upon start-up.
.. they add a nice touch to the interior.

Stunning pick up. I"m sure you get lots of comments from your friends about how nice it is and ... you probably didn't pay a lot at all compared to what it cost 3 years ago when new.

Colors are such a personal issue. The big deal here is that the OP has bought a wonderful, luxurious, very safe car. Wishing him many thousands of enjoyable miles.
I have the executive rear seating package and one of the items it comes with are a set of pillows that attach to the rear headrests.. I went to the dealer and mentioned there were no pillows....... They ordered me a set free of charge. So far I've received a free set of all weather mats, a free car cover and now free pillows! I did buy a set of the AMG center caps for the wheels though from the parts dept. I figure I'll drive it till the warranty is up in March 2022 and then trade it in on a preowned 2020 S560 and start the cycle over. I did sit in a 2018 AMG GT-R though.... Pretty nice but with a window sticker of $192k and a tiny 19.8g gas tank I'll pass. I had a 2008 ML63 for a year and a half.... It was great but going to the gas station every 5 days sucked.
