Fragrance system
Does anyone have an idea why the fragrance system would reset it's self to "off" ? I set mine to either med or low and several days later it's back to off.
Been doing this for almost a year now. Can't figure out what's doing it.

I think it self itself off to prevent some "run off" .I mean one would not like to smell a scent of perfume when one opens the doors or would ? . Another plausible thing likely to be if perfume or fragnance system would consume some battery power just like P38 Range Rover's adjustable suspension system that run down the battery when the car is not started more than 10 days

The fragrance system automatically disengages when the car is switched off, just like when the glove box door is opened, the same way. So it is not about the battery. But it could be related to the former reason you indicate, as it turned off for me only when it was set to high. When it is set to low, it never turned off.
Still does not explain why ionization turned off though...

FWIW, I know this is an S-Class forum but I also have the exact same issue with my MY19 E450 Cab. Both fragrance and ionization seem to turn off for no reason.
Maybe a COMAND bug?
