Run Flats / Regular Tires / Easy Swap?

There are many on these forums that don't like the run flats their cars came with. (Me too). Can you put regular tires on the stock rims that had run flats? Or do I have to change the rims as well when switching out of run flats?

I have changed out the RFT to non-RFT on several cars. If you go with an All Season tire known to be quiet and soft riding, the difference will be significant. I use Bridgestone Serenity Plus Tires on my S560, and I just LOVE them. Good luck.

P.S. There always seems to be a good market for the used RFT and I have always sold mine on Craigslist.

Thats good to know. They just put new Goodyear RF on mine prior to sale. I was going to wait them out but I really hate them. Now you have me getting my Michelins! I already bought the spare to prepare. I was surprised that the dealer told me recently he sells tons of them every week!
Anyone in south Florida who needs them hit me up!!! LOL

'22 Alpina B7,'21 G63 Renntech obviously (wife), Wrangler(kids)
I went the opposite, specifically ordered RFT Blizzaks for my wife's car for Winter.
Too many potholes, low profile and it is too easy to get stuck on the side of the road here in Chicago.
Not a very good option for my wife in her car......
