Radio Frequency programming
I wanna ask you about the radio frequency, can C4 diagnostic tool reprogram the radio frequency from US spec to EU spec?
What I mean is Radio Frequency FM in USA its coming with odd numbers like 88.1 88.3 88.5 and so on, but in European spec its coming with even numbers like 88.0 88.2 88.4 etc. The last digit differ between US spec and EU spec. Can this product change it or reprogram it ? or any other product?
