I have a 2015 S550 and wanted to upgrade the front grille to 2018 OEM grille, I was wondering if it's a direct swap or not.

I think the 2018 on is a slightly different shape. If you want an easy upgrade, get a 2015 S600 grill. LovinMercedes had one on his 2014 S550. I don’t know if he put the original one back on at lease end or not. Quite a different look and very easy. That said, if you buy it new, it is pretty pricey. Good luck!

OEM Part # for 2015 S550 and 2015 S600 is the same, 222-880-08-02-9040. (With ACC, surround view and w/out night vision)

But what's the best way to tell if the grille is the updated double lined one from the parts catalog.
