2018+ headlights on 2015 S Class?
Are the newer headlights (w/ 3 lines of daytime running lights per side) from a 2018+ a plug and play swap with the ones on a 2015 S Class?
Has anyone done the swap?
Are the tail-lights any different?

I would be interested.... Water in both housings since car was new. Under original B2B, they retrofitted the Decadent packets (They said they are only good for a short while) Still water in headlights. Then lower module shorted out while in for service for another item. They stated water damage, I told them I did nothing wrong, they replaced entire headlamp assembly, several months later, I now have a LowBeam failure on the display and it will not be covered by CPO...Si if I had to invest in any headlight assembly replacement on my dime, I would go with the newer style just for the Water issues ...

I too had the same gel pack installed 7 months ago in both my headlights due to excessive moisture after a long battle with my local MB dealer.
Just the other night due to dropping evening time temperatures here in Ireland I notice moisture is back now in one unit, next morning it had cleared.
Hearing about your other headlight issues worries me now

1. The headlights and tail-lights are different from 2014-17 to 2018.
2. A Taiwan company call Depo make both lights ( plug and play) by adding some components and wiring.
3. You will need to replace your front bumper to 2018+ in order to install the new headlights. I also heard that you may modify your old bumper(do some trimming) to fit the new headlights.
I have installed the headlights and it work fine without any modify, the fitment is very good. Using your original module ( two of them on each side). My old headlights does not have Night Vision. if you have it , you need to order a headlights from other brand. because Depo only make it for non-Night vision headlights.
4. The tail-lights also plug and play with some adding wiring and resistors. I haven't install it yet so can't tell you. but it should be the same quality and fitment.

I will look more into the taillights though, that sounds like it will be a lot cheaper and easier.
