Mic is not working properly!
Anyone has any idea why my New S560 Microphone is not functioning the way should be?
Ever since day 1, other parties who answer my call complained that they can't hear well, static noise, not clear voice is transmitting. So usually have to turn on my speaker phone while I am driving which is awfully inconvenient.
My company KIA Sedona, a cheap van Mic works better and clear than my S560 Mic. Went into service 2 times for the same reason, never got fixed, and now i left for the 3rd time, we will see if they can fix it.
And recently, car can't pick up my voice dictation commend accurately, specially when I commend address and POI for the navigation, somebody HELP, it is my 7th S class and the last and the latest should be the best, but the worst in terms of Microphone function.
Hope they can fix this, otherwise, i can't utilize calling via BT. hope someone can assist on this. Jim
