2019 S560 designo cabriolet

I came upon a 2019 S560 convertible today with a brown designo option. Obsidian black exterior with metallic. Saddle brown/ black exclusive nappa leather, black piano lacquer wood. The car is black with black cloth top, distronic cruise. $153K. Does anyone have any knowledge as to whether these cars have a lot of wind noise, any problems ???? I'm thinking about trading my S63 for it. Do you think asking them to come down to $135K would be a good negotiating starting point??? The 2020s are probably coming out now, right? They are a small dealership and they said they really need to get this thing sold.

I have been offered a S560 cab for $30k off and that is the minimum I would pursue on a MY19 cab. The car itself is not in high demand.

We have driven a S560 cab for a couple thousand miles in Europe last year and I found the car to be a decent top down driver. But clearly inferior to the SL when it comes to wind entering the cabin. Even with the Aircap on the A-pillar raised there is a bit of Air coming down the center between the seats but that is a design issue that is shared with all the 4 seater cabs (including the Bentley/RR models). Raising the Air Cap creates more noise as the wind blows through the screen.
Overall the car drove well top-down up to 160mph which we drove for hours at a time. I would take a cab for an extended test drive (best over the weekend) to see if the car fits the need. It can be a bargain but keep in mind that the model has been dead-ended which will further impact the resale value.

I actually like the C63? convert. The interior color choices look nice in my opinion and there is no rear seat size benefit anyway. The C is a great car and in the cab it looks aggressive. I get having to have the S63 but just looking car to car the C is worth a look.
