RennTech HHT (hand held tuner) allows you the unlimited ability to switch between tuned and stock ECU programming and requires no ECU removal. RennTech proprietary tuning module stores both the RennTech tuned file and your vehicles stock file. The module plugs directly into the OBD2 port and delivers the file you choose directly to the ECU. Programming takes only a few minutes and the vehicle can be reflashed at any time as many times as you wish. The RennTech Hand-Held Suspension Module (HSM) is designed to work with the W222 - S-Class Sedan, equipped with the Mercedes Airmatic and Magic Body Control Suspensions.The unit allows the user to have full control over all four corners of the vehicle’s suspension and adjust in 1mm increments. The HSM comes pre-loaded with a RennTech lowering setting. User can load their custom setting onto the HSM to set the vehicle to their preffered ride height. The desired lowering setting will be loaded onto the vehicle via the ODB2 port in the footwell of the car. After plugging the HSM into the ODB2 port, the user can toggle a switch to load the factory or the adjusted ride height. After a few seconds, the new setting is uploaded and the car will adjust to the new height. The factory setting will always be stored on the HSM and the user can set the vehicle back to the factory setting. Once the settings are loaded, simply unplug and store for future use. With the newest update to HSM, the user is now able to adjust the suspension settings directly in the on-board command system in their Mercedes. After plugging the HSM into the OBD2 port, the RennTech HSM Screen will appear on the Mercedes Command screen. After changing and saving the settings, the module can be unplugged and the screen goes back to the regular Mercedes menu. No tools, laptop or tablet needed. Full Plug'n'Play Solution. All RennTech HSMs are adjustable via USB using either Windows or Android OS.The software allows the user to adjust the ride-height at each corner in 1mm increments independently. The software also has three locations where the user can store pre-configured suspension setups for quick changes.

RennTech transmission upgrade consists of a complete transmission disassembly and inspection as well as a mechanical upgrade to the transmission clutch packs. This allows us the ability to maximize the amount of friction materials contained within the transmission and in turn, the amount of power which can be transmitted through each forward gear. During final assembly the transmission also receives all new gaskets, seals, o-rings as well as a new transmission pan filter. RennTech Mercedes Transmissions increased engine performance it becomes necessary to further improve the drive line components, most importantly the transmission in order to ensure maximum power is transmitted to the drive wheels without transmission slippage. This can not be realized with software and only truly be accomplished by an internal mechanical upgrade to the transmission hardware. RennTech is the foremost authority on transmission upgrades and has done countless rebuild and upgrades for the most demanding dealers and clients for over 21 years. RennTech upgrade leads to improved shift response, shift timing, increased torque handling capabilities and greater drivability under extreme conditions without sacrificing around town comfort.

RennTech plug & play EVM Exhaust Valve Module allows you to open the exhaust flaps of your car 100% at all times by pressing Button 1 on the remote control. If you wish to go back to factory settings simnply press Button 2. This gives you complete control over the exhaust sound and rumble of your car at any time regardless of speed, RPM or driving mode. The RennTech Exhaust Valve Module is made in Germany. If your car is equipped with factory exhaust flaps, with or without a center console button to open or close them, factory settings do not allow the flaps to fully open unless certain speed and/or RPM have been reached. For example, while cruising the exhaust flaps will never fully open.

RennTech Sport Mufflers are made out of T-304 stainless steel (SS) and 100% hand crafted in the USA. This exhaust system is rigorously tested to remove any unwanted resonances in the cabin to deliver a deep sound that keeps with the character of a luxury performance vehicle. RennTech mufflers with 2 3/4 inch diameter tubing offer lighter weight than the stock exhaust and improve performance by reducing exhaust back pressure, increasing exhaust gas flow and cylinder scavenging. The RennTech Sport Muffler System for the W222 S550 Sedan comes with an integrated valve system and utilizes the electronic OEM actuators. The system comes with all the required hardware.

Stainless Steel Sport Mufflers make sure that the S 550 turns heads before you can even see it. Electronic actuated valves eliminate unwanted loud exhaust noise while driving in low RPM ranges. RennTech valved sport muffler utilize the electronic OEM actuators. All exhaust systems are designed and manufactured at the RennTech HQ in Stuart, FL. Optional RennTech Deep Monolite Wheels are available in a 10-, 10.2- and 16-spoke design with a 21" front and 22" rear fitment. You can choose between three different finishes: Brushed Aluminum, Gunmetal or Titanium. The RennTech S550 tune unleashes the true potential of the 4.7L V8 Biturbo with power figures boosted up to 540 horsepower and 705lb-ft of torque. Throttle response is also greatly improved, transforming the standard S 550 sedan into the quintessential perfect blend of stately executive class and AMG-esque performance.
