S class Entertainment System
Hi everyone,
I have a 3 year old who gets very inpatient on long trips. I was thinking of ordering my S class with the rear entertainment system and CD player in glove box so she can watch cartoons while traveling. Any experience with this system ? How useful is it ? And does it worth the money ?

My 2016 Maybach has the system. It works fine but it is very strange in the sense that the system is way behind the tech curve. For example it has DVD players but no blu ray. If you want to input a device into the system you have to use RCA connectors since there is no HDMI input. Go figure.
With that said hopefully they improved the tech with the subsequent years.

An iPad is a better option. I have the same rear entertainment system as Katie, and it is shocking that it was DVD (Not Blu-Ray). Who the hell bought DVD’s even back in 2015?
I seriously hope the W223 has a much more modern option.

Slippery slope giving the kids screens at that age! They'll be addicted!! EVERY time our kids get in my wife's Pilot they want the drop down TV....wish we never got that thing!!
