Questionable company I ordered car cover from named Sealskincovers
I ordered a heavy duty car cover for my S550 back on Dec 11, 2019 through Paypal with https://www.sealskincovers.com/index.php/, I received a UPS tracking number on Dec 15, 2019 that the item was shipped. I immediately went into the UPS site to arrange for pickup from a UPS location to insure that my package would be safe from any theft or error in delivery. After 2 days, I noticed that the shipment was not showing any shipment progress, ie: left California, now in Indiana, etc and should be delivered on such a such date. So I waited another day and still no package movement. I contacted the company a total amount of (9) times from Dec 17 until Jan 8, 2020. They kept telling me to wait 24 - 48 hours for the tracking information to update. Still nothing. I then contacted Paypal to file a dispute of "package not received"! To this day Jan 20, 2020 the company never replied with an explanation as to what occurred with my order/package. Paypal has since refunded me all my money and in the Paypal letter, they stated that the company never replied to them either.
Maybe it was just a fluke for me but I wanted to put this information out here just in case any of you were thinking of ordering anything from them. The company is https://www.sealskincovers.com/index.php/
