I did buy some and then took them off and put them on various items/objects to heighten their status is life as well as my own; or attempt to mind you haha.
Yes those 36 inch wheels are going on my s550 next week. They will be chrome and look like huge Mercedes stars. Perfect mod. This will increase the value of my car so I won’t have to invade my measly bank account to buy the 2021 S class next summer so I can have that huge iPad screen right in my Face.

Looks great. I decided against the amg badging though as there is no S550 amg. I just think the exhaust tips with these covers make the back of the car look better and if someone didn’t know they were fake would never guess they were.

99.9 percent of people would not think anything of the amg badge. The only reason I took my amg badge off my car was the reaction of some people here lol. I figured if people get so upset about it here on the net in real life they might vandalize my car or something out of anger 🙃

I don't know if I'd go that far, but I get it it's fraudulent...however, I like to think my car is somewhere between an S550 and S63 lol

Nice car, I like it. Where did you get those chrome rocker guards? I like the wheels. Looks like your car must have a lowering module. Heres mine, I just got it couple of months ago, it's a 2017 had only 16.5 k miles when I got it. Up to 19.5k already.

The exhaust tip mod covers are still working out great. Still on tight as a drum a nearly a couple months later, as long as they are applied right they are there to stay. That includes cleaning down the chrome very well with alcohol cleaning pads letting it dry and then applying the double stick built into the tip covers. I really like the way look much better than the stock outlets and it brings the pipes out a little further so they stand out more. Well worth the $18.56 for these on Amazon.
I think those tips look great! I bought some, they aren't chrome, they are polished stainless steel. Honestly I was surprised at how heavy duty and well made they are. Quality double sided tape was already applied, I wiped old tips thoroughly with rubbing alcohol and then installed these. They are a very precise fit and in now way do they look flimsy. I like it!!!
This is all an example of people buying the stately "S" and trying to make it something it's not. Either an AMG, or a "baller" ride. Either way IMO, these cars should remain stock. If you want an AMG , buy and AMG.

Are you referring to the exhaust tips? If so, isn't a S600 or Maybach a stately "S"? Or the S560 coupe? These all have the same split exhaust tips.
AMG's also use quad exhausts, so that's not the same thing either.

With respect to the OP, difference between OEM and Amazon bought. To me look different. Quads on a stock Maybach or AMG are entirely different than Amazon bought. But that's me, to each is own. That's why we have opinions.

That I agree with 100%. I would buy OEM only. Those things are cheap even from MB
At least with me I just liked the way they looked better. I would not bother doing this mod on my 2018 as the tips are so small it would hardly be worth it.
