MB Dealer service Labor Rates?

The Best of Mercedes & AMG

First visit at 43K miles and the second one, a year later (last march) at 48K andon both occassions was charged $430 basically for what, an oil change and I guess an Inspection.
I was suppose to bring it back again this March '24 for another yearly at 51K but decided against it for the following reasons
last year visit requested them to check the Cam sensors for oil infiltration, was told everything good and out of curosity this time decided to check them myself... found all screws pretty tight and even heard the seals breaking when I turned them lose ----dealer probably never bothered with them
Ran into a YT video regarding air filter change so decided to check mine too-----pictures attached---- wonder at what service do dealers check the air filters?
Oil change--- same YT channel showed how easy it was to change the oil and since I have a lyft at home, decided to do it myself.
Will bring the car in to the dealer for a brake fluid flush and get an inspection at that time
Not worth $430 for an oil change only

Euro Motorcars for instance has a location in Germantown, MD and Bethesda, MD. Germantown is actually more expensive despite being in a much cheaper part of town.
The Service Manager volunteered that he was told the new facility was the most costly Mercedes dealership in the United States. Costly as in the cost of the facility, land, construction, finish out, etc.

All brands are going up and charging crazy amounts for techs that barely making $20-30/hr
The oil change guys are only making (depending on area) $15/hr
Makes for a lot of OVERHEAD money and profit.
