This one is actually a special edition car (Emerald Green Edition) which you can identify on the green piping of the seats. Was a $18k option on the MY15. The color itself only became available for MY16.
I take a V12 over a V8 any day for smoothness and torque. I assume the car was somewhere in the $160k range new.
The Chauffeur option was a common option on those model years if you had the rear seat packages. We had that one too. Simply means that the passenger rear seat has the buttons on the rear door to drive the passenger seat completely forward (flipping the headrest) and then extending a foot rest from underneath the front seat so you can stretch and rest your feet on. Rear seats are powered and change positions too. Can save the seat memory as well.
Another package would also have an extended leg rest but this one doesn’t IMO.

That will be a future collector car. While novel I'not sure I am sold on the green pinstripe across the dash cover.

On the other hand the car looks quite used for its low mileage. Pretty dirty interior...probably can be restored by a good detailer.
