MB service reps

Wondering if MB has service/complaint rep monitoring the 222 and 231 forums for unresolved problems?
Just spoke with son who has new GMC truck with trailoring problems. Said on GMC forum a factory rep chimed in and said if anyone has unresolved problems to contact him.
I have never seen such an offer on our forums. You think it might be a good idea, or what?

In my experience with a few different MBs and a few different MB dealerships, they do not know or care that these forums exist. Anything that is shared on here has always been irrelevant (in their opinion) to my car.

It's unfortunate most euro brands do not have the interaction on the forums as some of the US brand do. One would think/hope with high dollar vehicles, a better more proactive customer satisfaction experience would happen for those posting issues that at least appear to be bonafide, as most are.
