Did only Maybachs get the V12 starting in 2016? I did a search for S600s and every one was labeled as a Maybach ... but I know there were regular S600s in 2014 and 2015 ...

Regular S600 in 2014-2017. Then in 2016 along came the S600 Maybach and that went to 2017. Then it went to S650 Maybach.

I expect the base price of the GLS600 to be around $130k. Here are a couple interior pics (this one is a $12-13k option)

I expect it to be quite a bit more than $130k. I think the GLS63 will be around $130k, and for the Maybach to be around $150k.

We shall see. My estimate is based on the German pricing which is already known.

Starting in 2016, they sold the Maybach S600 in addition to the non-Maybach S600, but yes, they seemed to have sold very few non maybach S600s as I’ve only seen a few 2016 and 2017s listed for sale on the Internet. Almost all are Maybachs. Then with the 2018 facelift, they dropped the regular S600 in most markets (they kept it in Germany and I assume a few other places).

But yes, the ratio of used Maybach S600s to non Maybach S600s from 2016 and 2017 seems to be about 20:1
