It seems there was someone at one of the dealers that was giving good pricing on CPO warranty extensions. Does anyone know who that was?

Try the extended warranty subforum. There's a few threads there about it. Usually you can check with a couple of vendors mentioned in the threads, they seem to go back and forth as to which one has the best price.
