Air freshener turns off every time I drive car

Air freshener turns off every time I drive car
Must be another software glitch. This is not normal. Every time I check the air freshener it’s off and I then turn it on stays on until the the next time the car is started. Anyone else have or had this. Car needs to go to the dealer anyhow to have the ambient light glitch fixed plus maps updated.

I recently refilled the jar and it is firmly in place. I'll have the dealer check it out, seems like I notice no scent and hit the climate control menu button and sure enough that and the ionizer is in the off position even though the previous time I was in the car they were in the on position, feel like I'm going crazing in thinking did I leave those on. Yep, but they turn off by themselves, strange, haunted car, lol. My 2017 didn't seem to do this.

Setting the fragrance system Requirements:
- Automatic climate control is activated.
- The glove box is closed.
Multimedia system:
Vehicle > Climate Control > Air Freshener
