Original Turn Signal (Flashing the Brake Light as Turn Signal)

Rear Fog Light added.

Tried searching various forum but not too much information, so I decided to share it here in case anyone is interested.



This is a 2020 S560 but should be the same for 2018 and up or even pre-facelift models from 2014.



What’s needed;



For Amber turn signal;

EU taillight

One extra wire from taillight to rear SAM for new turn signal

Coding to disable brake light from flashing as turn signal and enable amber turn signal.



For Rear Fog Light;

EU rear diffuser (below rear bumper)
NO need for car with AMG package because rear fog cut out is there.

The rear fog light itself

Light switch with rear fog light button

Connection to rear fuse for power

Connection to rear SAM for control

Coding to enable rear fog light (symbol shows up on instrument cluster when rear fog is turn on)



When rear fog light is turned on, headlight will activate Enhanced Fog Light function with wider beam for better illumination to the side of the road.



(Enhanced Rear Fog Light requires Full EU Multibeam LED functionality)

EU Multibeam can be activated on US spec headlight by coding or plug and play OBD tools available online.

Additionally fitted;
EU headlight (same operation but without US side marker) coding to enable intelligent light system setting menu in car

Tow Away Protection Sensor and coding to enable original setting menu in car

Interior Motion Alarm and coding to enable original setting menu in car

Mounted original warning triangle inside trunk lining

Original safety vest and EU first aid kit added for EU compliance.
