I am seeing some dealer loaners hit the market.
Any idea what a fair offer would be?
I am thinking retail less 20% and 1$ per mile driven.

I wouldn't count on getting that much off the price. Used cars are pretty scarce these days and values have been going up.

A good guide is cargurus for listings with similar age, options and mileage as the one you are considering buying. Dealers know better than anyone what the market will bear. They have the most information because they subscribe to auction databases, and have personal networks of buyers and sellers within the dealer world.
