I have a 2016 S550 4Matic and have had intermittent issues with the back seat charger working. I have had it into the dealership and they cannot get it to reproduce issue as it is very sporadic. It also comes apart on a regular basis as shown below in the pic. Thoughts on things to check, suggestions for dealership to check?

DIY (if so inclined) or dealer suggestions:

- Check/replace fuse f461 (15A) @ trunk fuse panel
- Remove rear panel to inspect housing & check connections
- Replace socket part # 0008206251 & housing 2218200209 (cover trim can be reused)
