2014 W222 S550 MB

A/C not working on front area

Hello -

I need some help.

I have W222 S550 2014 that in front area the A/C did not cooling, but in rear area cooling very good. How can I resolve this problem.

Can anyone help me with the steps/details on how to go about resolve it?

You may have 4 zone climate control (easily identified if there is a climate control cluster (heating/cooling/temps) in the back of the center console facing the rear. The center console will also be shallow.
If you do, then you have 2 separate AC systems with the rear one working while the front one is faulty. Could be a leak or low on coolant...

Bring it to a dealer or info to get this serviced...

Thanks, I charged more refrigerant, but still having the same problem. front air is warm and in rear area very cool. Some body have a video on how reach the front vent to verify it.

Have someone pull fault codes using MB diagnostics.
