The weight on the corner of a car is held up by the footprint (area::sq-in) of the contact patch and the air pressure inside (pounds per sq-in). So that when multiplied, one gets pounds !!

A 245/40ZR20 and a 245/50ZR18 have the same footprint on the road (when inflated to the same pressure) ! and have the same tire load rating !
A 275/40ZR20 and a 274/50ZR18 have the same footprint on the road (when inflated to the same pressure) ! and have the same tire load rating !

Wheel (rim) size has almost nothing to do with load capacity.

I did some looking at tire rack and only found one tire available in 18-19-20 sizes. (was a trickier search than should have been...)
The 18 and 20 have similar load ratings, tread depth and weigh 26 pounds the 19 has 300 pound higher rating, but weights 33 pounds--so the construction is different (more belts).
