Bluetooth Media - Play Constantly Stops?

Has anyone else had trouble playing Amazon Music via Bluetooth and the playing continuously stops? It isn’t a streaming issue/data delay, as the songs are downloaded on the phone. In my W221, I had media connected via media interface with a Tune2Air Bluetooth adapter… it wasn’t 100% perfect (especially with displaying song names etc) but it played well. Maybe I’m doing something wrong, but I have no issues with the Bluetooth connection when using the same iPhone in the car as a telephone. Only when playing media connected via Bluetooth. It has become so frustrating I typically just use satellite radio, but I prefer my downloaded music - thoughts?

Try removing MB Bluetooth from iphone and removing iphone from your MB. Reinstall both and see if it fixes the problem.

I remember reading on this forum that folks were having issues with their newer iPhones connecting properly with MB cars. I don't recall if anybody came up with a solution for this. So you may want to do a search of the forums.

I have noticed this problem as well, typically when steaming Spotify or Pandora via bluetooth. Plugging in my iPhone 11 and using the USB interface actually makes it worse (which is inconvenient, as this is the fastest way to charge the phone). I also know when I have taken a wrong turn according to Waze, as streaming music will stop for up to 30 seconds while my phone "thinks" about the new route. I share your frustration, but when it's all working, bluetooth sounds great, and the car is magnificent.

YES! It happens intermittently when I had mine but it was very annoying. I actually purchased a module that mirrors your phone wirelessly android or apple. I never got to use it as my SClass was totaled soon after ordering it but I suggest looking into it because it’s amazing! Waze or maps pops right up on your screen whatever music service you use streams flawlessly with no loss of quality. PM me if interested

How charged is your phone battery. low power mode may turn off bluetooth ./ services to conserve power.
