Never been a fan of the blue interior package on the 222 but if you like it thats all that matters. Doesn't really match up well with the rest of it IMO. Sometimes less is more.

This place is a joke.
Saw one in person last week for the first time. Not a fan, the blue looks like a bruise, and the coordination with the doors and carpets seems opposite of what should have been done. Somewhat odd looking.

Thanks guys. I think I’m going to pass on it. It’s interesting looking, that’s for sure, but don’t know if I could live with it. Hard to believe it’s a $5000 option though. I’d rather spend that $5000 on something else.

I'm not a blue fan but for some reason I like this setup, especially with a white car. Very fresh looking.. Hmmm. Great thread to start! I would go for it. It's not like you can't trade it off in time if it is a total disaster,, but I would give it a second thought and buy it. I find this no different than those who question the red seat surfaces. I just bought a used SL with red leather and I never really liked that color but now that I have the car , I love it.

I sat in a W222 with that interior at the dealer. When sitting in it the effect came off much better that it appears in the pictures. However, I am certain that after the first year I would have been tired of it and wanted it gone.

Different than what I'm used to seeing, but it looks very nice regardless.

everyone has their own personal preference in leather color. If it isn't your first choice in interior leather color then I hope the price you are paying reflects settling for something that isn't your top choice.
