Navigation save name to address

Navigation save name to address
Hello everyone,
I just bought a 2020 S560 and entered an address in the navigation which I had no problem doing. But as soon as I was trying to attach a name to the destination address I couldn’t figure out on how to do that. The navi on my 2020 SL550 there is a save option on the bottom of the screen after I entered the address where I then can type a name and it saves it under that name.
The S560 system is different there is no save option and I tried everywhere including reading the owner’s manual and can’t figure it out on how to save a name to the address.
Has anyone an idea on how to do that?
