Removing stickers without damaging paint?

Anyway, wondering what are good ways to remove a (permanent) sticker in ways that don't damage the paint?

You mean like nail polish, that's all I need? Or Goo Gone?
Like the other post said I will ask the dealer to remove it before purchase. I kind of think they must have already tried to remove it. This is a nice vehicle but not perfect. I would hate to pass on it because of a sticker, but if there will be damage from removing it, maybe better to skip and look for the next one.

Dealer has the tools. Heat, degreaser, goo gone, acetone (carefully) and a rubber wheel.
There won't be an issue unless there was already an issue.

I get Goo Gone and Goof Off mixed up - read the labels and see which one, or both, are compatible with painted metal.
Agree that the dealer should be the first recourse, but it's easy to DIY. 5 minute job.

Acetone reacts with Clear coat and paint almost immediately. Using acetone on a car's finish it's not for the faint at heart, it's not for the unskilled, and I highly recommend against it personally..highly.. A mistake may not be easily corrected
