they lie about there customer service I ordered a unit and never received it and I contacted them and they said they would re ship and I never received anything from them

Your link is interesting.....I just ordered a Carlinkit 4.0 from carlinkitlife.com that has the same logos as carlinkitcarplay.com and product looks identical on both websites. So what is difference?

Ahh you are correct I did not get a Carlinkit. I've tried 2 different brands thats were horrible. The Smartbox one was sent to me for free for an honest review. I worked with them to try to work out the kinks but no success. It is only being used to play my usb while moving.

If the order was placed on August 4 it could not have been delivered at the end of July. This appears to be tracking info from another order?
