We are going to a Mercedes dealer to look at a 2020 S560 this Thursday. The car has only 7000 miles on it and is a certified preowned. It seems to have just about every option you could get. What if anything should I pay close attention to. We have bought several Mercedes cars from this dealer and salesman. This would be the 11th Mercedes we would buy, so we are quite familiar with them. Any suggestions or insight would be appreciated.

at such low mileage the only thing you need to do is take off the run flats and get better tires (if it has run flats).
these are solid cars.
I am at 50k on my 2019 and no real issues.
Verify the service history to make sure you’re not buying a lemon.

But, since the car is being sold by a MB dealer and it has MB Certified Pre-owned status, checking past service history is not really necessary as this check should
have been done by the dealer, as part of CPO status.
But again, one might want to check the record for being curious.
Speaking of curiosity, MY 2020 with 7000 miles means just about 7,000 ÷ 3 ≈ 2,300 miles per year, well below the US average of 14,000 miles per year. Maybe ask the dealer in what circumstances the previous owner drove so little.

I don't see anything suspicious here. My wife drives our Range Rover 3 times a week 6 miles round trip to work. Totals barely 2K annually with me occasionally driving it on weekends.
I consider it total waste of money, but we love cars.
Sometimes low miles are from an owner who has multiple cars. We had our SL at Hilton Head three years ago, it turned 10,000 miles on the way home. When I did an oil change last summer it had only gone 600 miles since that trip. Now I am reducing the number of cars I have. Sold the Audi TT on Bring A Trailer a few months ago. The sold the Aston Martin after posting on 6 Speed. The G55 will be on Bring A Trailer in the coming weeks. The S class is something I have never had so will be trading the wagon in on it. Then I will be down to four cars. At my age and failing health the smaller number of cars should make it easier to maintain them in near concourse condition. Will post pictures of the S class later this week.
Congrats Gene looks like my car too. I think you’re gonna like the S class I’m on my third one. Had a 2015. 2017 now a 2018. I remember you from the Amg forums. That was still my favorite car my 2012 e63 amg. I liked it better than the 2018 e63 amg that I had for only a year.
I spent the day in the garage taking the whees off cleaning and polishing the wheels and cleaning the wheel wells. The way my health has been it was quite the challenge.
My G55 went live on Bring A Trailer this morning. It started out good and should be fun to watch. I have been reducing the collection. Our Aston Martin sold just by mentioning it on the Aston forum on 6 speed. I will post more pictures when I get done detailing it to a show standard..

While it does suck getting old, it is better than the alternative!
I will pass your song idea along to my landscaper. He is a songwriter with a couple of country hits! He has a horticultural degree and uses landscaping to relax.
Awesome look, I was never a white car guy but my 16' ended up white pretty much the same situation you described the right car at the right time, it will grow on you for sure. I get compliments all the time.
Sorry about the pictures but I went for a Dr. Appointment and he put me in a wheelchair and his nurse took me to the ER. They ran a bunch of tests and I have Covid.
so here are a few from the dealer. These will have to do for now. I might be able to go home tomorrow.
