Had this since August. Car wouldn’t lock using the handle after coming home this evening. Thought a door was left open but it has soft close. Opened front passenger door and closed it then was able to lock. Haven’t tried keys yet. This happen to anyone else?

Only once, remedied the same way and hasn't happened since.

Yep, sometimes I lock and unlock the car with the keyfob and lock if I notice anything weird regarding remote or keyless features (locks, trunk ) Some people also say that you should not put the keyfob and cell phone in the same pocket but I doubt that would cause any problem

OP she was in a mood. My car does the same intermittently. Can always fish out the fob and press a button or..... place your hand on any of the other door handles to lock. Or unlock.

Say what? Use my key fob? Excuse me sirs, do you think I’m still driving my Buick? It’s door handles all the way down for me! 😂😂😂

If the lock button on the key gets pressed twice it shuts down the key fob in battery save mode or something which has happened to me once or twice.

This happened to me as well, and I ended up needing a new key.
The dealer misdiagnosed the problem and ordered a new door handle that had to be painted.
After much experimentation, I just tried the other key and it always worked.
BTW, with my iPhone in my pocket with the key, it often doesn't work.
