I have a 2014 Mercedes s550. The radio works fine for everything besides media, when i click media from center console it just stays on the radio screen and radio goes quiet and says media off on speedometer. Anyone know how to fix this?

What happens if you push the media button that is in the semi-circular area of buttons around the command knob?

Nothing happens it just goes mute, screen will stay at whatever i left it at

did you ever find out what it was mines is doing the same thing
