Same here.
In 2017 I bought a pair of his and hers E43 cars since the E63 wasn't ready for release yet, and still have one of them. Mine came with the P-Zero's and hers came with the Goodyears. The Goodyears were beyond terrible and Mercedes agreed to swap them out for me in favor of the PZero's at roughly the 3,000 mile mark if I remember correctly. While the cars were identical, the difference the tires made between the two vehicles was shocking in terms of NVH.
