Command module 2014 550s
My media function is not working, no Bluetooth. Radio, Nav and other functions still working.
I’m being told need to replace command module after troubleshooting. Any suggestions?

Are you comfortable doing work on your own? You could pick one up off of ebay and swap it in. I don't think its too much work to be honest.

BenzNinja- I searched on line eBay and one unit that was a match was sold out. Do you Ave any other sources? How do I work with you to resolve?
