Dragy is a highly accurate device which will validate the run as well. Not something anyone uses to check the speed of a relatively slow car though so chances are nobody has checked their S-Class performance here. 
There is also Racebox if there is the desire for a digital display vs the phone.

When i had my Q50 i used Racebox, that worked for me.
i modified it so much it became a track only car.
