Assuming you're talking about OEM wheels in each case ... yes, they can be used because they all have the standard Mercedes 5 x 112 mm bolt circle. After that the relevant variables for fitment are:
Shank length of the wheel bolts
Tire diameters for new and old
"ET" dimension of the wheels.

You would need to use different sized tires to keep the same rolling diameter as the original sizes. Otherwise speedo, etc. would be inaccurate.

Thank!
I really like the look of the 21" V multi-spoke wheels available on the 2021+ models.
But I was concerned about the suspension, etc. on the 2014-2020 S550/S560 - and whether it was rated/compatible with 21" wheels, etc.
2020 S560 Sedan, 2019 SL450, 2019 E450 Luxury Trim Wagon, '24 BMW I7 on order...

Anything over 19’s on a W222 destroys ride quality. Giant wheels & rubber band depth sidewall tires look sexy, but ruin the premise of an S Class, in my opinion.

That's what I originally thought as well..
But then there are the Mercedes air bags for suspension, etc.
There seems to be a lot (majority?) of people who opt for the AMG package which switches out the 19" wheels for the 20" ones.
And virtually every review I have seen has the AMG package and states the ride is fantastic - smooth, etc.
