I am having difficulty getting my Samsung S23 to make a call using my '20 S560 Bluetooth system.
Phone is connected but when I make a call the display indicates "call connecting" while displaying the number or contact I dialed, but nothing happens.
I use Xfinity Mobile which worked fine in my prior '14 S550 & works fine in my '21 Ford Mustang
Any ideas?

I believe I all permissions were correct but after your suggestion I found under the Bluetooth tab there was a tab for "back up & restore" data.
I noticed both my old phone & the current phone had data stored. I deleted the old phone's data & will see if that makes a difference.
Thanks!

Perhaps also turn off the feature "Auto Switch to other devices"

Once done, go back to bluetooth settings, click advanced settings, turn off Music Share and turn on Ringtone Sync. Under bluetooth control history check if things are working properly, go back to block paring requests, make sure list is empty, also check if things are correct in bluetooth scan history.

Hopefully that solves it, if it doesn't then go to Google Play Store and download Google Dialer and see if that works if the built-in in Call app for some reason isn't working.

OP in many cases one will get to ask the car to forget your phone (and any other devices it looks for) and start over.
Above suggestions are excellent.

On the extreme side, resetting COMAND might also help if forgetting the phone doesn't work but then OP has to set everything back up. I do remember W222 has a feature that you can backup COMAND settings to a usb stick but I can't remember what version of COMAND it was available on. That said, if restoring the backup, not sure if it will restore the conflicted settings which brings OP back to the drawing board.
