Burned valve
Can anyone tell me if i have a burned valve

Why do you think you have a burnt valve. Looks like normal carbon deposits to me. Is compression low?

I dont know if it has low compression but its Misfiring after an oil change and throws a code p0308 and p0300 thax for Replying

Swap coils around and see if the code follows the coil. Also check the plugs.

Burned valve easier to diagnose with a leak down test than via photos of pistons that look utterly normal.

As mentioned above start with re-arranging ignition coils and see if the misfire follows the coil.
