Strange Turn Signal Message
I知 getting a message on my dash that indicates that I should check the right rear turn signal. Funny thing is, it appears that all turn signal indicators on both the right and left side are fine. Anyone got any idea what might be going on?

I think I myself would gently remove the panels in the trunk and do some connector removal and cleaning and reconnecting on any black boxes you find in there.

That gives me an idea, might be a battery issue. How old is the battery OP? MBs are very particular with the battery and their electronics are therefore sensitive.

Oh one more thing. Under the seats are often the modules for many things for the car. The connectors to the black boxes are often a cause of problems because the SEATS move a lot forward and backwards ect.
ON my GTC for example the steering column stopped going up and down and sure enough a connector under the seat needed to be cleaned and reconnected.

Thanks for the suggestions, everyone. I知 going to do some investigating and connector cleaning this weekend. I presume the battery is original so 5 years old. I値l check that out as well. Again, thanks to everyone who responded.

I asked the Benzninja if he might be able to help me with this issue. After he connected up with my car, in about 10 minutes, he had the issue resolved. He said the issue was that the MB sensors are sometimes too sensitive. So, he reset the error. Has not yet reoccurred so hopefully it's fixed for good. The Benzninja really knows his stuff.
