Music album art display not consistent on Bluetooth or COMAND
I guess I’m spoiled by our new 2024 BMW. I get back in my 2020 W222 and album art on Bluetooth shows maybe 20% of the time. It made me wonder if there was something wrong with my iPhone 13 Pro Max on iOS 17.5.1. I remember it being displayed more often.
This happens when using Bluetooth and Siri or selecting directly from the COMAND menu.

I noticed the same thing, however I'd say it shows 50% of the time the artwork on my W222 2017 with my iPhone 14 Pro. However getting to the point of your question, why doesn't it show all the time and how can this be changed?

OLD CD = don’t show album art
NEW CD = show album art
But it’s not that simple. I can’t see why some but not others. I’ve downloaded my library in Apple Music. Still doesn’t show, not all of it.
