I don't even know if it's the same thing or not. On their exterior tips page about how to clean wheels and tires they suggest using Armor All "Wheel Protectant" to shield against brake dust: https://www.armorall.com/help-advice...es-and-wheels/
Does anybody if wheel protectant is the same as Outlast, or which came first?? And since Outlast is on the site, can you order it?
Newegg has Outlast available too: https://www.newegg.com/p/0MY-01VR-00...59uLBtyH4CkRCs

I had a conversation directly with Armor All and they told me that they no longer make the Outlast Brake Dust Repellent. They obviously haven't updated their website in a while. "Wheel Protectant" is not the same as the "Brake Dust Repellent". It's more like a temporary ceramic coating that makes cleaning the wheels a little easier, like the Nanoskin product that i tried. The Newegg link is funny. Out of stock at $146.33 per can. LOL!!!

Yes, you can still purchase some of the remaining stock from individual sellers for insane prices. It's nuts to pay $63 for a single 11 oz can. It's even worse on EvilBay.

Those are wheel protectants, not brake dust repellants.

I haven't watched yet, will watch this weekend. I scrolled through it, wish he had a polished or machine grey wheel instead of black. I think results would be easier to see with a light colored wheel. Also, from what you're saying, wheel protectant implies brake dust repellant.

I did watch it. The only one that could be considered a brake dust repellent was the Sonax Wheel Rim Shield. It looked like it performed much like the Armor All. The rest of them were waxes, sealants, and ceramic coatings that definitely WERE NOT brake dust repellents. Unfortunately the Sonax is no longer sold and has gone the way of the dodo like the Armor All. Perhaps Sonax manufactured their product for Armor All or vice versa.

I'll let you know how the AutoGlym performs after I receive it, apply it, and drive the car for a few weeks.
