I’m having trouble while looking at the auto websites like Truecar, cargurus and others, many of their adds only list the standard features and not the premium options. Is there any site that will tell me what options are on a car when you supply the VIN?

Auto Nation dealers never show the options in their pictures and rarely if ever list all the options correctly. Sometimes the dealers will have the iPakcet, which contains the build sheet. Other dealers have the build sheet on their website, but might not be available on the national listings site. This can be very time consuming.
