Coolant leak




Got the coolant message the other day and topped it off and ordered a new Amazon cap to see. Today the new cap came in but I decided to get underneath a little more and found this on the fron driver side. Anyone have an idea?

I have extended warranty but thats been tough recently so hopefully it's covered.
