jerking when launching
when I launch my s560 4matic from 0mph its almost like the chassis thuds/jerks, I can visibly see the dash jerk, currently at 81k miles. have not changed engine mounts or trans mount yet, could it be that?

It probably needs engine mounts. Open the hood, start the car and put your foot on the brake and put in drive. With your foot firmly on the peddle press the gas down slowly. If the engine rises then drops the engine mounts are shot. Replace both mounts and the transmission mount. Also check the driveline bushings.
