Good morning, my back camera cover for my 2019 Mercedes S560 stuck , the cover can't be close or open and the camera can't be move in or out. when i use the reverse positions i got a message rear ( check entire surroundings ) Please see the attached photos. Help please .

Check your batteries, same happened to my new-to-me 2019 s560 with front camera not opening. I was about to order new camera and put my car on battery charger overnight. Next day camera working flawlessly. My car had been on non-MB dealer lot for a month before I purchased it. Won't hurt to charge batteries overnight to see if that solves the issue.
