Hood Latch Open Error

My W222 550 barely gets driven at times. The other day I went to start it the low coolant light came on so I opened the hood. The coolant turned out to be a bit low after sitting but was fine however Atter that the hood latch open warning is permanently on. I’ve checked the hood it’s closed. Checked both latches.

I have scanned the car and there is no codes.

before I buy both new switches and a hood latch what else can it be??

It keeps dinging and can’t use my wipers either

I had this issue the other day. I applied more force and it went away. I’m a new owner though so that probably means nothing, just what I experienced two days ago. It was certainly more force than I was used to coming from Toyota.
