Center Console USB Port Power Problem
Currently, I run my radar detector off one and baby monitor off the other one. Sometimes they will both come on when I get in the car or sometimes I have to unplug and replug them in to get them to come on. I've tried replacing the the whole usb port itself as well as using one of the one to two USB Y adapters which didn't work. Anyway to have these always powered on without having to fiddle with them to power on? Thanks!

What version of the car is so large as to require baby monitor?
I run a USB powered speaker for my daughter in the back (from the rear USB) and it always turns on.
Try with one of the devices on the back ports or maybe just get a 12V USB adapter.

Those plugs have very limited juice to begin with maybe your drawing more than they will provide? I remember trying to charge my phone off it right when I bought the car including a y to join them together and still no near enough to drive a larger Samsung Galaxy phone. I slipped a high output flat flush cig lighter adapter into the ash tray and that easily drives my Samsung Galaxy S22 Uttra that needs plenty of juice to keep up with power needs
